Welcome to the Ad Creators Mentorship Program. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://mentorship.adcreators.in/ and the services provided by Ad Creators Advertising Agency. By accessing this website or enrolling in our mentorship, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Enrollment & Access

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LMS login credentials. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

  • License: Upon purchase, we grant you a single, non-transferable license to view the mentorship content for your personal or business growth.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided—including but not limited to videos, PDF roadmaps, WhatsApp funnel templates, ad scripts, and the “Exact System” framework—are the exclusive intellectual property of Ad Creators Advertising Agency.

  • You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or “white-label” our content as your own.

  • Any unauthorized use of our proprietary materials will result in legal action.

3. Payment & Fees

  • All fees are payable in advance via our integrated payment gateways.

  • For agency-related services (like Meta ad setup), billing is handled on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect already active enrollments.

4. User Conduct & Community Rules

As part of our mentorship, you may gain access to a community group (WhatsApp/Telegram). You agree to:

  • Maintain a professional and respectful tone.

  • Refrain from “spamming” other members or pitching your own services within the group unless explicitly permitted.

  • Ad Creators reserves the right to remove any member from the community for misconduct without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Creators Advertising Agency and Naman Modi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from your use of our strategies, ad spend losses, or business decisions. We provide the tools; you provide the execution.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (or your specific city of operation).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
